Defining Our Training Days

We’re Evolving Our Circuit Class Name
You may notice something new on the schedule.
While our most popular class has been labeled “Circuit,” the reality is — not every workout delivers the same training stimulus. Some days are more strength-focused. Some days are more conditioning-driven.

So instead of calling everything the same thing, we’re giving our classes names that better reflect what you’re actually walking into.
Because when you understand the purpose of your training, you train with more intention — and get better results.
Over the past year, we’ve listened closely to questions like:
“What’s the difference between these classes?”
“Is this more strength or more cardio?”
“What should I take if I want to build muscle?”
“Which class is best if I just want to sweat and move?”
We are not changing the classes — just making it clearer what you’re walking into.
BUILD & BURN
(Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
Strength first. Sweat second. Results always.
Build & Burn is our structured, strength-focused training day. We lift with purpose, work on progression, and build real muscle. After the strength work, we finish with a focused conditioning piece to elevate your heart rate and lock in the burn.
If you want to get stronger, leaner, and more confident with heavier weights — this is your lane.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
(Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday / Sunday)
Move better. Sweat harder. Feel unstoppable.
Total Body Conditioning is high-energy, full-body training that blends strength, cardio, and athletic conditioning. Expect circuits, intervals, core work, and that team-driven atmosphere that pushes you past what you’d do alone.
If you want endurance, calorie burn, and that “I crushed it” feeling — this is your day.
Why We’re Making the Change
We believe fitness should feel approachable, not confusing.
Clear categories help:
✔ New members feel confident trying their first class
✔ Current members train with more intention
✔ Everyone choose the class that matches their goals
Same coaching. Same energy. Same community.
Just clearer buckets — so you know exactly what you’re getting.
